  10. Hi!
Write a to-do list and cross things off as you do them. And if you don't get to something today, put it on the top of tomorrow's list. Don't procrastinate.

  12. I work from my home. When I seem to be dragging or just not getting enough done, I use a timer. I set it for 15 minutes and get to work. It is amazing what you can get done in 15 minutes if you set your mind to it. This tip can be used for work or housework or even computer time. When the 15 minutes is up, you can set it for another 15 min. if you need to.

  22. Expansive thinking sounds like stream of consciousness. I like figuring out where people are coming from and where they're going with their thoughts. Like a reporter, I ask a lot of questions to better understand their point of view and see if they stay on the track they originally started.
