My favorite summer memory is going camping at a beach in South carolina with my family every summer when I was a teenager.

I remember going camping with my family as a child and my friend, Terri came with us sometimes. On this occasion, Terri and I were riding our bikes through the campground and I turned around and she was gone. I went back to look for her and found her lying in a raspberry bush with her bike on top of her and she said she was "eating strawberries".

A summer vacation memory I have is when I was little my family used to have weekend cookouts at "the creek" - it's a small swimming area connected to a creek that runs behind my uncle's home. My cousins and I used to spend hrs playing in the water and catching fireflies at night.
